A refundable $1,000 damage deposit is required for major projects and remodeling projects. The deposit is needed if large delivery trucks will be delivering supplies, if heavy construction equipment is needed or if the project exceeds $50,000 (ex. Room additions, deck enclosures, garages, any alterations to the footprint of the house, etc.) Please contact the ARC Chairman or HOA Board if you are unsure whether your project requires a deposit. The $1,000 damage deposit is refundable. This fee is intended as a deposit against common area or neighboring area property disturbance during the course of the project described. The deposit, less any damages assessed, will be returned to the homeowner subsequent to the successful completion of the project.
