Kinnakeet Shores reserves the right to revoke swimming pool and/or tennis court access for infraction of the rules at our sole discretion at any time. Use of swimming pool and tennis courts is a privilege, not a right.

SWIMMING POOL RULES
WARNING: NO LIFEGUARDS - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
  • No smoking, No vaping, No e-cigarettes 
  • No admittance without "KS Pool/Tennis Pass"
  • No diving - Maximum depth: 5'
  • No glass containers of any kind
  • No running, No horseplay
  • No hard balls/footballs
  • No water guns/soakers
  • No snorkels
  • No large/oversized pool floats
  • No food or drink in the pool or within 8 feet of the pool
  • No loud music
  • No gum
  • No pets
  • No chairs/loungers within 8 feet of the pool
  • Do not move large, heavy loungers. 
  • IF YOU MESS IT UP, CLEAN IT UP! Leave your area clean for others. Please dispose of trash in provided containers. 
  • No children under 14 admitted without a parent or guardian. 
  • No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol admitted.
  • No person with skin/ear/eye/nasal infections/open cuts allowed in pool.
  • No PDA - This is a family center - PLEASE ACT ACCORDINGLY.
  • Appropriate conduct, language, and attire required. 
  • KIDDIE WADING POOL: for children 5 years and under. Must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • "Little Swimmers" or other labeled containment pool diaper required by Dare County Health Department for children not potty-trained. 
  • No baby-sitting service - WATCH YOUR OWN CHILDREN
  • Pool may close for weather, maintenance, or special events.
  • Not responsible for left, lost, or stolen articles. 
  • DIAL 911 ALL EMERGENCIES - PHONE AVAILABLE AT ENTRY GATE
  • Management reserves the right to enforce rules, keep order and may suspend privileges of anyone AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
 
TENNIS COURT RULES
  • Courts are reserved for KS Homeowners and Guests
  • NO food or drink (other than WATER) allowed courtside
  • Limit play to one (1) hour if others are waiting
  • No skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, or bikes on courts
  • No knobby or black-soled shoes. Smooth bottom shoes only.
  • Courts may be slippery when wet or dirty. Play at your own risk.
  • Please dispose of trash in provided containers.

Rental Guests - To register for your swimming pool and tennis court access, please fill out the below and list the people in your party. Use of amenities is limited to maximum advertised occupancy of this rental unit.

By filling out this form, the lease holder hereby agrees that their party as listed will abide by the rules posted at the swimming pool/tennis courts and as listed below. Lease holder shall in all cases be responsible for the conduct of their party. All persons using pool and tennis courts do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen articles.
